About Us

Sticker Menace is a custom print shop operated by Casa Plant Club LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. These Terms of Service govern your use of stickermenace.com and any orders or services you request from us.

Placing an Order

All orders are initiated by emailing us at orders@stickermenace.com. An order is confirmed only after we have reviewed your artwork, provided a quote, and received your written approval and any required deposit.

Minimum order quantities apply. Our standard minimum is 50 units per product type unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork and File Requirements

You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF at 300 DPI or higher).

By submitting artwork to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the artwork or have full rights to reproduce and print it
• The artwork does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• The artwork does not contain illegal content

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including artwork we deem offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

Proofs and Approval

We may provide a digital proof prior to production. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before printing begins. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design including spelling, color, or sizing.

Colors and Print Variations

Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed output. We use eco-solvent inks and professional color profiles, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to screen colors or previously printed materials. Minor color variation between print runs is normal and not considered a defect.

Payment

Payment terms are provided at the time of quoting. We may require a deposit before production begins. Full payment is due before shipment or pickup unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods communicated at time of order.

Turnaround and Delivery

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply issues, or events outside our control.

Refunds and Reprints

Because all orders are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for approved orders unless there is a verified production error on our part. If we made an error in printing your approved artwork, we will reprint the order at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on stickermenace.com, including design, copy, and branding, is owned by Casa Plant Club LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
